I went there for the first time ever since moving to Dearborn, and I wanted a fresh start in life so I decided to get my nails done. Boy was that the worst decision I’ve ever made… check their Google reviews and you’ll see a picture of my nails that you probably don’t want to see. I cannot stress this enough, please everyone save yourselves the money and headache from going to this trashy nail salon. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business when I literally saw a roach in my water while getting a pedicure!

As they say that they take the last customer at 7:00 p.m So I walked in at 6:55 p.m and then each employee asked me to ask the other employee if they would take me..there were 4 of them so each one said NO with explanations that they are still working on that customer and whatever..ok so why can't you just say NO from the beginning. That was very humilating sending me to other employee one by one to ask them for a service infront of all the customers there..when its not a free service.. So, Hawaii Nails U R on my SHAME LIST

The customer service suck!!! Especially Lily! She continued to polish my toes even though it looked horrible. It's spring so I picked a light color which means it would take at least 3 coats to look nice. She only used two coats (I could still see specks of my toe nail) so I asked her if I could choose another color or if she could use more coats.
