You guys needs to hire more English speaking worker that is knowledgeable in the works! I k ow it is limited workers but this broken English stuff is not happening especially if you are Handicap! They are suppose to help you the corrinater not make it worst!
Horrible horrible horrible. They do NOT keep check of their files and patients. My sister had a miscarriage 6 months ago, and just got mail TODAY saying “You should be giving birth soon, and just checking on you”. Sick, just sick she already cries cause the day is coming soon and you gotta remind. Disgusting
Called Member Services today around 3pm. So much for “member service.” The representative I spoke with was unprofessional and sounded unwilling to help. The only thing she kept saying was, “I don’t know. You need to tell your employer to resend the documents.” With a 1.5-star rating, HMSA should probably stop replying to reviews and actually do something to improve the service.
I was debating whether to write a review when I saw HMSA’s 1.5-star rating, but it makes so much sense. This company is incredibly inefficient and constantly hiring. How about hiring qualified staff instead? Then maybe it wouldn’t take 10 days just to investigate a simple request for "sending an insurance card", and there wouldn’t be so much incorrect information on customer accounts.
