I would actually give 0 if I could. We had rented an VRBO with this company and after the horrible fires I reached out to see if they still wanted us to visit. They begged us to still come and support the community. I again tried to reach out to this company pleading for them to respond after many attempts, weeks prior to make sure we were still good to visit.
