Very poor answering phone and after leaving message very poor response....
I want to leave a good review, but they never answer their phone. I've left messages and voice mails and have not got a return call. I''m somewhat starting to think their "phone operator" is outsourced to another country.. Insurance is showing procedure is "DENIED", and I cannot get ahold of anyone at this location to confirm. Parking is probably the worst I've ever seen.. Will consider updating later, but for now, not a great experience. My initial diagnosis was also very concerning. Had an appointment and decided to cancel due to front desk lacking customer service. Your front desk/ phone operator is the first impression of your business and it should be taken seriously. Front desk customer service especially over the phone is terrible I believe her name is “Algeen Violan”. Attitude with tone of voice, lacks compassion during phone call when trying to make appointment by cutting me off mid sentence of my questions, quick to hang up instead of answering my inquiries. The nurse here is super helpful and caring. She answered my questions throughly and gave me the care I needed for my pain. Clinic is clean and staff is friendly. Nice seating area too.
Horrible! The address they had given sent me to the wrong place tried to contact three time finally I had for the correct address walk in explain myself and the girl that was at the front desk with a attitude sa8d your late and we will have to reschedule, again I explain and showed the map that was sent, she dis not even look at me and said we can see you in June, I told hernever mind and To cancel, I'll will talk to my provider to find some other pain provider.. Bad attitude and nasty communication
