I'm updating this to a one star review because the care has spiraled downward over the 4 years I've been a patient. I am going elsewhere for my future care. I had a nerve ablation on 9/9/26 scheduled since May because they had no appointments sooner. One week before the appt they canceled my scheduled time and forced me to take an earlier appt time or push the procedure out to a future date because "all the afternoon flights to Oahu are full." Atrocious front desk (if there even is any). How hard is it to hire a person to answer phone calls? Do they seriously not make enough $$$ in this pain management biz, of all things, to afford to hire an admin person?

I have been going to Dr Garcia for 4 years, finding the source of the pain and diagnosis of the treatment is what has impressed me. If you have altered your lifestyle due to pain including pain that is everywhere at different times... they will continue to explore different options including steroids ablation and epidural as needed.till relief is achieved.
