I was referred by my new PCP as I’ve been dealing with stomach pain since Thanksgiving. These specialist Drs will not accept your if you were previously by Dr. Morisaki. They will as (quoted by reception) “not clean up another Drs mess”. What’s the point of being a Dr if you’re not willing to help someone feel better.
The receptionist put me on hold for over 10 minutes before I just hung up. How rude and disrespectful.
I was seen there recently and I have to say Briana Brownhill is an excellent provider. From the moment I first started talking with her I felt at ease. She is very thorough and really takes time to listen to you. She shows that she cares, and goes the extra mile to help. I highly recommend her for your GI doctor.
If I could give zero stars I would. Picking a gastroenterologist is a big decision and I thought I made a good one back in September. Turns out I didn't. Trying to get ahold of a doctor or assistant is impossible. No one returns phone calls. When they say they will call to schedule an appointment or call you let you know results of test they won't.
