Shipped leis to CA for a birthday party. Not every company will ship to CA because of CA’s ridiculous rules. The company communicated well with me and the leis arrived when they said they would arrive, well packed and in beautiful condition! I would use this company any time I need flowers. Beautiful job!
Customer service was 5+ stars. Natasha answered all my questions, provided me with shipping dates, which I needed on 11/11 Veteran’s Day and it arrived as promised. The lei was so fresh, no bruised flowers, it was beautiful! Will use them again!
HFL is the best. I've sent 2 floral arrangements; one to Seattle area, the other to AZ. The latest FedEx tracking number indicated an order cancelation but no update. HFL provided me with the new tracking number and confirmation of delivery within a half hour of me contacting them. Great customer service and beautiful flowers!!!
