There is a good reason why this company has a horrible reputation. Zero star rating should be an option because one star is far too generous. I shall only speak to my interaction with them. Their capacity to keep accurate records is zero. On at least 6 separate occasions over the course of 8 - 9 years they sent me a statement and threatened sending my account to collections. Very unprofessional organization. They transfer calls, then hang up. Never return calls, I've been trying to reach them for 3 weeks, left messages, no response. The most frustrating experience I have ever had.
They never respond to requests in a timely manner to requests. Emails and phone calls go un-returned. Not good.
