I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. A little over a year ago when we moved to the Big Island of Hawaii, I contacted the Hawaii Family Dental Centers in Waikoloa (which have at least two dentists and a part-time orthodontist) about orthodontic and dental care for myself and family. I got an appointment several weeks later and talked to the orthodontist. He told me he could not help me because he was being reassigned and that a new orthodontist was replacing him.
