Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

A little over a year ago when we moved to the Big Island of Hawaii, I contacted the Hawaii Family Dental Centers in Waikoloa (which have at least two dentists and a part-time orthodontist) about orthodontic and dental care for myself and family. I got an appointment several weeks later and talked to the orthodontist. He told me he could not help me because he was being reassigned and that a new orthodontist was replacing him.
