Glad that my dentist referred me to Dr Shaikh for root canal procedures due to lingering pain/sensitivity of several teeth. Very good experiences starting with Aiea receptionist, who was very patient & helped me with setting up the necessary appointments. Dr Shaikh is very competent, efficient, positive. His assistant, Lei, was very helpful & patient during those entire procedures. Great team work with co-workers involved. Dr Shaikh followed up with detailed post-op treatments via text — very reassuring!!!
Overall, great experience. All the people were very nice. Dr. Farid Shaikh was so careful during the root canal as well.
I was referred to Dr. Shaikh by my dentist, and I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at his office. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the nurse assisting the doctor—was incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Shaikh had an excellent bedside manner and thoroughly explained the procedure. If you need an endodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Shaikh. This wasn’t my first experience with an endodontist, but it was by far the best!
Excellent!!! Thank you so much for the great experience Dr. Shaikh and staff!!! I thought some pain would be involved with my root canal! Didn’t feel a hint of pain! Yeah! Awesome!!! My last root canal was 25 years ago, and some pain was a part of the process. I really appreciated the warm friendly service, great vibes, great view and great Bob Marley tunes during the procedure!
