5 stars — Root canal redemption! I never thought I’d be writing a positive review about needing a root canal, but here we are — all thanks to Dr. Shaikh and the amazing team at Hawaii Endodontics. I really wish I had been informed before my appointment that the office was undergoing emergency work. The moment I walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant smell—something I would not have expected from a professional environment. The waiting area was covered in boards, which created a major safety hazard. It felt incredibly unprofessional and frankly unsafe. Had I been notified in advance, I would have gladly rescheduled. I was referred to Dr. Shaikh by my dentist, and I can’t say enough amazing things about my experience at his office. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the nurse assisting the doctor—was incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Shaikh had an excellent bedside manner and thoroughly explained the procedure. If you need an endodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Shaikh. This wasn’t my first experience with an endodontist, but it was by far the best!
