Website needs to be updated saying they don’t accept United Healthcare THIS YEAR. They were too understaffed to take calls to make an appointment before their lunch break and come in to find that they don’t accept my insurance. So bummed
I saw dr Lee for an ongoing sinus issue, specifically told him antibiotics aren't working and I would like to look into other procedures to help cure my issue.. he was very dismissive, no personality at all, didn't seem to care about my issues.. all he did was prescribed me more antibiotics and told me to come back in 3 weeks. I did NOT go back and do not reccomened this place to anyone.
I had no trouble being scheduled for an ASAP appointment in the Aeia office. Dr. Lee was able to remove a piece of my hearing aid that was lodged in my ear promptly. He was professional and nice.
Dr. Lee's office in Aiea and his staff is a pain to deal with. Been helping my mom with her Social Security Disability application and the staff failed to tell me that they charge the SS office to see the medical records. On top of that, they rarely ever answer their phone. Also requested for the medical records so we can just take it to the SS office instead but it's been 4 days and nothing yet ......
I’ve always had a positive experience. Doctor was always able to answer my questions. Provided medication when needed. Informed me of possible solutions/procedure. Quick in and out appts, which is appreciated because I don’t like spending a lot of time at the doctors office.
