I really appreciate the time and personal interaction given by staff without feeling "lectured" about habits.
Myra is great and always reminds me to floss my teeth. She has a caring personality towards her clients. I'm glad my teeth are in good hands! Dr. Kawashima always greets me with a smile and makes sure my teeth are ok. What ever he says, I listen!
Before this appt, I think I had been in the office only one other time for my initial exam/cleaning. That being said, it felt great to be greeted by name when I walked in, without even showing ID or anything. Keep up the great service and training of your people : )
Dr. Motooka is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He took time to show me each and every tooth I had on my X-ray and answered all my questions. He is knowledgeable about natural tooth care and that is rare. I even had the option of fluoride free products for my cleaning. The hygenists are always friendly and do a great job at getting my teeth clean. The front desk staff are always helpful, professional, caring and friendly. Dr Kawashima and Staff are very professional in caring for my dental needs. Moreover, Dr Kawashima always take the time to listen to my concerns and able to explain the procedure what he is going to do and what I would expect after the procedure. He is very caring and meticulous. Dr Kawashima is concerned that I would not feel too much pain during the procedure. My visit went very well and the location is extremely convenient since I work in the downtown area. Happy to have switched providers, I hope that this level of service continues forward.
Office staff was outstanding! Although they were running late. Both front office ladies sincerely apologized and made me feel at home. They even gave me free cold spring water. Both the dentle hygienist and Dr. Kawashima were both very professional and helped me understand my teeth and both my financial options. I switched because of my wife and my daughter goes here as well.
I would always want to have Robin as Hygienist. She is very thorough, caring and sincere. Dr. Chad too has taken care of me since 2007. They are a great team.
