Poor customer service that do not listen or understand how to problem solve. It’s a direct reflection of management who doesn’t seems to hire the right people for the job nor give their CS people the proper training that they need to be able to effectively and efficiently solve problems.

Oh wow, this is horrible. This is not a service. This is not insurance. For a cracked tooth (major service) I was told there was a *1 year* waiting period. Even having paid 3 months premium already, I was told there was not even any way to pre-pay the entire year for coverage of the incident. Don't waste your money here. Their business model is "you give us your money; we don't do anything". The worst. Zero stars.
