James officiated for my and my now wife’s wedding at Foster Botanical Garden. He helped make the whole process easy. He helped book a photographer and was able to give recommendations for hair and make up. He helped make sure we had all the permits needed to have the wedding at the garden. He also made sure we applied for the marriage license and he has an agent to help finalize the license. So if you can’t go to the DoH on a weekday to meet with an agent, you can schedule an appointment with his agent and meet on a weekend.... read more
