I do not like the check-in process. When I checked in the day before on my phone, it wouldn't let me proceed to the next step to answer the health question until I paid the copay. You need to enter CC info. What if I need to pay cash in the office? It should have option to pay at front desk. When I get to the clinic, I still have to check in at the office on their laptop, with the same health question every time I visit. Two ladies sit at the front; even if the laptop is busy, they still ask the patient to scan the QR code. ... read more
