Please people research the places you go to get your hair done. I made an appointment there is no store front to this place so you don't even know if you're there. The " braider" named Fatu comes down and leads me up into a dirty stair case that's looks abandoned. You get in there and it is so suspect that I should have followed my first mind and left. Love their work I have been coming to Hawa since Micro Braiding started way back when and I have no issues
I’ve been traveling from dover to wilmington to this particular shop since i was 16years old I Can honestly say the customer service has went out the window and the braiders she had back then to now Is not worth it i swear i won’t be returning…
Quality Is NOT the Same professional level TRASH ! I use to love this place but they are just money hungry braids don’t even last anymore
Let me just say the place is the most filthy braiding shop that I have seen. It is small and once you get in the chair the people waiting are almost literally sitting on top of your lap. I asked for medium knotless and you can literally see where my hair was plated and where she added the feeder hair. I didn’t ask for extra long length and it is passed my waist length.
