The model home was beautiful! Ashley was so nice and informative to me.
Ashley is great to work with and the homes are beautiful. The issue is they claim to be a custom homebuilder, but are not. The floorplans and designs are fixed with limited pre-set options similar to other big box builders (think Lennar, DR Horton, etc). They couldn't build on our lot because the neighborhood covenants required 40% stone on the front, which is a pretty basic requirement for a new home.
