The model home was beautiful! Ashley was so nice and informative to me.
Ashley is great to work with and the homes are beautiful. The issue is they claim to be a custom homebuilder, but are not. The floorplans and designs are fixed with limited pre-set options similar to other big box builders (think Lennar, DR Horton, etc). They couldn't build on our lot because the neighborhood covenants required 40% stone on the front, which is a pretty basic requirement for a new home. I’m really impressed with the team at Havyn Homes. Their staff is excellent and they actually get back to you quickly whenever you have a question. The customer service has been great from start to finish, and I really appreciated how fast their response time was. Definitely five stars
