I had a couple haircuts that I really loved here with the same stylist. When this stylist I went to wasn’t available on a day I could go, I chose someone else. It was the worst haircut I have ever had. It didn’t feel like she listened to what I asked for. When I went to get it fixed elsewhere, the person said she cut it like an a-line bob when that’s not at all what I had explained or shown in pictures what I wanted.
