Showed up at 8;30 on a Friday morning, and they told me they weren’t doing oil changes today because they were short staffed. Seriously, this is supposed to be their main job. I just moved to their area and was looking for a regular oil change place, but I’ll take my business somewhere else from now on.
T and Tyrell are the BEST, went out of their way to help me out and fix my car up RIGHT. I WILL be coming back because of these two. They rule!!!
Called the day before to ask if I could get an emissions test here. Woman on the phone said yes, asked me what time I would be coming by, and I said after 5. She said that would be fine. Showed up the next day around 5:10 and the mechanic (because there was no one at the desk) told me their emissions person had already left for the day. Oh. Okay then.
