I recently started taking my Venza to this company a year ago. After my flush & oil change there were some suggested recommendations given to me. I was told I needed a serpentine belt which i was told was slightly worn. I didnt do it that day with a $200 dollar cost. I took to another mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with mine at all. I will not be taking my cars to this company ever again. In this economy I need to save every dollar . Im just glad I didnt do it that day. I cant trust a dishonest facility.
Very knowledgeable & courteous, advised me of everything they were doing and issues needed on my vehicle. Highly recommended Grease Monkey will be taking my vehicle back for future maintenance.
