Long overdue kudos to Chandra. Multiple visits here and she impresses each time with her communication and demeanor. Also the gentleman who opened my car door for me and wished me a good day. Both went above and beyond. My visit was on 10/13/25. Appreciate both of them.
I visited this store for the first time today for an oil change. Dee, Stephanie, and Shawn took EXQUISITE care of me, I was so impressed! I was in & out so fast, they each took time to explain different things to me, and I will DEFINITELY be back with my other car! ✨THANKS A MILLION✨
Dee was very professional and courteous, our car needed an oil change and in the process a new hire made a little mistake (and no hard feelings to whoever that is, it happens and is part of learning) which was caught and corrected then thoroughly explained and apologized for. In a world full of businesses who seem out to get you and dont treat you like a human, it was refreshing to be treated with respect and charged a fair price. I will say the DudePerfect loudly on loop in the waiting room TV is not the best though haha
Stephanie helped me today and was so friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place and will be back.
