For those who don’t like reading long reviews: This place is extremely welcoming, kind, helpful, and just trust me, you want them working on your car! Today I came in for a simple atf service. Upon pulling in Jared immediately noticed my car was leaking water when it shouldn’t be, I had just gotten the oil changed a day prior at valvoline (I hadn’t heard of bend express lube until looking up atf flush services). I have nothing but positive things to say about Bend Express Lube. Everyone is always so kind and doesn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing car things. Jared is consistently helpful and will take the time to explain things to me so that I actually understand what they’re doing and what is needed. Thank you everyone at Bend Express Lube!
I always come here for my oil changes because they are the best! Jared and Matt were very friendly and helpful.
Jared was amazing and took excellent care with my Thor Vegas Motorhome. He explained what was needed to keep my rig running well. We love a small business owned and ran by locals. I highly recommend this place. It was also super fast!!
