The team at this location is helpful without being too pushy with the upsells. This is what it's supposed to be, a fast, professional oil change with extended options available if you need them.
Very nice employees. We made the last guy laugh . Apparently he did not know what what 710 meant it's oil upside down. Anyhow they were extremely friendly. Took us right away.
Pro Life Tip: Always agree on a number before having any service performed. Sign says $19.99 oil change; charged me $86.99 even though we never agreed. (Not $19.99, not $20, not $80, not $85, not even $85.99, but $86.99.) They will push you around, especially if you're a woman, young person, or foreigner. We wont go here ever again.
Will never go back – They do not want to honor their advertised price of 18.99 for an oil change that is on their website. When I told the guy I wanted the $18.99 oil change he looked at me like I had 2 heads! Told me the right price was $34.99! I said no thanks then, but another guy was already washing my windshield! I told him about the website and he said I needed a coupon. The website was just a page that showed the price, didn't say I had to print anything out. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! – Seeing the sign offering a $16.99 quick oil change, we pull in to the Texaco Express Lube service station at 2985 East Bay Drive in Largo. Immediately we are surrounded by several employees swarming around like bees, shouting out to each other military style as one, presumably the shift manager, begins his aggressive up-selling.
