I drove into the parking lot to see if if there was a number on the side of the building bc I couldnt find one online and I was trying to refer someone with multiple company vehicles (12) to them bc the location is perfect for them. I chose to park at an exit instead of blocking the front door or garage because there wasnt any parking on the side big enough for my vehicle. Don't get ripped off by them! What a shady place this is.
Employees not there when they supposedly open at 8 am go back 2 hours later only one person working 2 hours estimated Waite. Forget it!! went to the one in round lake and was waited on within 10 minutes they will get my money from now on!!
I went there today for an oil change that was supposed to cost $19.99. They charged me $64.00 because of the High Mileage oil they used. Which I was fine with at first, until he said that when he asked me that is what I had told him. Which I never told him to use that type of oil. He also lied about showing me the dipstick, which it says I did on the receipt. When confronted about it he slammed the door and said, "The receipt is meaningless."
