I recently got an oil change at Havoline Xpress Lube. Shortly there after my car began acting up and I automatically assumed it was their fault. I will admit I was wrong!! However when I called and reported having a problem and speaking with Brian my problem was handled IMMEDIATELY AND EFFICIENTLY!! Brian had someone come to my home and check out "my problem/mistake" and then Brian even went above and beyond. Him and his employee returned to my home to look at my car and advise me about my problem. I recommend this business ... read more
