I went in for a $19.99 oil change & ended up spending $124 after he checked my car & insisted that I must have other services or my car wouldn't drive right. A few days later I ran out of radiator fluid which was supposed to be checked. While I was checking that out, I looked at everything else on my ticket that was supposed to be checked & fluids filled, but none were. I called management & got the run around. I paid $124 for services that were not completed. I highly do NOT recommend them. They are a rip off !!
Tech showed me my dirty air filter. Technician said he could replace for $25.99. I requested he blow it out with some air and replace it. He said policy wouldn't allow it. Then he added he could knock $6 off and do it for $19.99. I snickered to myself wondering how many people pay that extra $6 and also wondered why if he could do it for $6 less why didnt he say that to begin with.
