Ask for information a guy name Steve asks if he can assist me, ask for a price, get a reply back without a price and dumping me off on someone else. Glad to see Havis is rich and can afford to market ELD services on my Facebook feed but can’t respond back with a price?
My department ordered a console through Strobes n More on April 14th. It is now been going on 10 weeks and the ship date has changed at least 3 times. Each time we've called Strobes n More theyve been extremely helpful and called Havis. Unfortunately Havis cannot tell them an accurate status. They've said for 2 weeks now its "ready" but dont know where it is or when it will ship.
