The store is closing and a lot of what is left looks like it’s been sat in 100 times. There are even stains but what was worse was the lack of customer service. We were there for almost an hour as we took a thorough look. We stood inches away from employees but was not greeted or offered help once. We bought a three seat sofa and a recliner here. The prices are good and no issues with delivery! The only feedback I have is that the workers are trying to make a sale so once you buy, they are not as nice and helpful.
Was in search for a couch for my new place. I was greeted immediately by Alisa. She was very joyful and not pushy at all. Her energy was radiating and made the whole thing come together. I ended up buying a great solid wood couch because of her. I’ll definitely be back!
Just want to take the time out to thank Shane that works here. By far the most helpful furniture salesman ever. We searched many stores for a selection of natural grain leathers and thankfully they had a really nice selection, much more so than many other furniture stores I visited. Shane would keep me updated on new arrivals and offered me options to my specifications until I purchased.
