Update on Havertys: Kelly, the manager had left a message he was going to check into getting something done on getting my recliner repaired, however has since started distancing himself from the issue. GUARDSMAN has approved repair abs told Havertys to order the part, which Guardsman has informed me is on a slow boat from China. Havertys has never gotten back to me on this or returned my calls. This is not about Havertys as a store. It is a warning to buyers. If you think that if you buy insurance on your purchase, you are going to recieve the same outgoing service you recieve from the store, you are wrong. We paid over 500.00 for a protection plan. I filed a claim eith Guardsman and it to a minth just to process the claim. Then, AHM furniture sets up a date. You have no way to really talk to anyone there. The tech shows up.
