My expectation was to 'only look around' without being over-run by a salesperson. However, after meeting Stephen in the Perimeter Mall store, I ended up buying the sofa that I need. Thank you Haverty's for outstanding customer service.
Carmelita is the best! She was ever so patient with me as we walked around and I sat in a dozen chairs to find the one that was just right. She suggested "Loretta" which I poo pood first,. But, took her suggestion and sat down. Nice Surprise, "Loretta" was perfect. Thanks you!
The purchase process At Havertys Mall in Georgia was excellent. They moved furniture around on their showroom to let me see how things would look together and everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend making a stop there if you are looking for furniture
