Nice stuff Nice store, it is surprisingly huge, and they have a great big selection. Prices are a litttle higher than American Signature home but the quality is much higher.
Sales people are liars- Customer NO-service We bought a sectional from Haverty's (Kennesaw Town Center) and will never do business with Haverty's again. We were lied to at the point of sale regarding delivery date and additional parts to hold the sectional together. The delivery process was miserable! They confirmed our delivery and told us to move out the old furniture to make room for the new sectional. The morning of delivery they called to reschedule. Ask for Ed Hudgins for great service!! We were shopping in Louisville a few days ago and checked out Haverty's for an entertainment center. Not every sales rep is always interested in working with a client when it's close to closing time, but Ed Hudgins welcomed and assisted us in a patient and professional yet friendly manner. Really Bad Experience !!!!!!!! I went to the location on Hurstbourne and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. A sales associate who works there name MIke Miller refered to me as a monkey. Can u believe a sales associate would refer to a customer as a monkey. Me being African American, I felt this was racially motivated. And the manager Don Hall had the nerve to offer me a 100.00 gift card. Guardsman Warranties DO NOT BUY GUARDSMAN FURNITURE WARRANTY'S. HAVERTY'S Sales Rep Fred Olivelli pitched the service as a "Pick Up the Phone and Someone" will be there to fix your furniture" This couldn't be further from the truth. We bought 4 stools from Haverty's and they sold us a 5 year replacement warranty saying that all we had to do is call. Nice furniture, awful delivery service, awful sales people The only salesperson who offered to help us didn't have a clue what inventory she had in the store and told us they did not have anything we asked for. Havertys Furniture Company Love to shop here for the prompt delivery times and convenience of local store. Recommend checking prices at Hickory Furniture Mart first (they are always incredibly less expensive). However, Havertys price-matches and you will get a much faster delivery time.
Furniture Store This place has really nice furniture but the staff is not all the great. When I came in there they were not so friendly to me I guess I didn't look like I "fit" in with the crowd that they are used to helping. They have good quality furniture and the prices weren't too bad if you are looking for that kind of furniture. The place was decorated really nice and it was cozy feeling inside besides the staff.
Will NEVER shop at Haverty's A few years ago, I went shopping for new living room and dining room furniture. I had heard that Haverty's has nice furniture, so I loaded up my son and headed over.
