I had a wonderful experience at the store and my sales person Frank stroller was the best there are many beautiful things here. We also got mattress and was very well taken care of.
When we purchased our sofas on 8/25/23, we were sold the Guardsman Gold Protection Plan only because we were told it covered pet scratches and kid-related damage like ink, etc. That was the sole reason we agreed to spend extra money on it. We filed a claim on May 2nd and spent MONTHS chasing them down with weekly follow-ups, only to finally get an answer on September 10th—DENIED. Our salesperson, Mike, was very helpful and customer service checking out was great.
I had a great shopping experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I didn't feel pressured or followed around. The staff asked how they could help, and when I mentioned I was looking for something, they guided me in the right direction but then allowed me to browse on my own. They were available if I had any questions or needed assistance. I ended up making a purchase, and the entire process was pleasant. My delivery was quick, and I would definitely recommend this store. I would happily go back again!
