When we purchased our sofas on 8/25/23, we were sold the Guardsman Gold Protection Plan only because we were told it covered pet scratches and kid-related damage like ink, etc. That was the sole reason we agreed to spend extra money on it. We filed a claim on May 2nd and spent MONTHS chasing them down with weekly follow-ups, only to finally get an answer on September 10th—DENIED. I had a great shopping experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I didn't feel pressured or followed around. The staff asked how they could help, and when I mentioned I was looking for something, they guided me in the right direction but then allowed me to browse on my own. They were available if I had any questions or needed assistance. I ended up making a purchase, and the entire process was pleasant. My delivery was quick, and I would definitely recommend this store. I would happily go back again!
