I moved in 02/28/2022 give my notice to move out 12/11/2024 and moved out on 03/03/2025. I did not receive my full down payment. I moved out and did a final inspection with the leasing agent and was still charged a cleaning fee. Pictures below will show you how I left the apartment. They knew I was working out of state and send me a letter to my forwarding address and not emailing me so I could dispute the charge in time. Too expensive very rude management
1 bedrooms doesn’t have stairs right
Wouldn’t recommend anyone to live here they lie about your water bill price, on the website it says 1650 for a 3 bedroom but we have been paying 1800-1900 because they charge so much for water and the only reason there’s good reviews on here is because they were offering a 50 gift card for people that left good reviews. Also have talked to them about the high water bill and the maintenance said there was no leak but they still have yet to do anything about our 200 water bill. Beautiful spacious apartments at a reasonable rate. Tina, in the office, was extremely welcoming.
