Edit: Things have been great since the lawn care issue has been addressed. It’s a very social community and a beautiful area. Lots of families and friendly dogs. highly recommend..
Tina and Nicole in the office are terrific and the sweetest! This is my second lease at this community and you can tell they care about their tenants! The amenities are great for this area. Employees and maintenance always respond in a timely manner. I highly recommend living at Haverford Place!:)
Maintenance is fantastic. Office staff is rude. The grounds upkeep has gone downhill. For the amount of rent that is paid, they should be able to keep the grass mowed.
Since we have moved here at the start of 2025 it has been nice but the grounds maintenance is horrible. They never adequately cut the grass and it gets to knee height at times. Tiny dogs will be lost in the weeds the entire property looks as pictured for the last week+ and it is not the first time they’ve allowed it to get this bad. Chalking this one up to either poor management or unacceptable cost cutting. Hoping to see improvements, because it’s a nice area otherwise.
I moved in 02/28/2022 give my notice to move out 12/11/2024 and moved out on 03/03/2025. I did not receive my full down payment. I moved out and did a final inspection with the leasing agent and was still charged a cleaning fee. Pictures below will show you how I left the apartment. They knew I was working out of state and send me a letter to my forwarding address and not emailing me so I could dispute the charge in time.
