We had a fantastic experience working with Haverford and Jeff Cohen. We have been thrilled with the quality of our home, but we are equally grateful for Jeff and team's continued partnership. If I could leave zero stars I would. We bought a new home from this builder and within 3 weeks we had problems. Electrical issues, a flood in the master bath that poured through the dining room ceiling (they neglected to put a wax ring when the toilet was installed), and worst of all the window well flooded...3 times. Each time they fixed it it would flood even worse. The third flood was so bad that water crashed through the window and destroyed our whole lower level.
