Our home was built in 1994 and yes, we’re still here! Sure wish I had kept Andy Ward’s business card, he was fantastic from dirt lot to home build! Now wanting to upgrade our kitchen and want to remove a wall and wish he could tell me if supporting wall or not. One of the original Belmont II homes!

We had a fantastic experience working with Haverford and Jeff Cohen. We have been thrilled with the quality of our home, but we are equally grateful for Jeff and team's continued partnership. Jeff continues to be incredibly responsive and helpful, even a year after we closed on our home. Highly recommend!
