Lived here 7 years. My apartment has flooded twice. The ventilation here is not good. Have called the Mayor out. Residents have called meetings. Was nice when built and everything begins to fall apart. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It has no staff. Building is dirty. Doors and elevators consistently broken down. The list goes on. Some Residents have mold from leaks. The majority who moved here are gone.No reasons to be dishonest. Truth.
