The staff was friendly and caring while still providing quality medical assistance. My wait time was low and the doctor took time and interest into what I was saying.
The receptionist is not very professsional and is the first person you see upon entering, her appearance is unprofessional like she was out all night. You have to wait, even when no one else is there. It is fine for an ear ache or to get antibitics for something minor, but I would not go here for serious concerns. The doctors are nice but always seem a bit unsure and appear to lack experience. There are better alternatives for professional urgent care in the area that I would recommend far before this place, it is a low grad... read more
The website and door signs say they open at 12, however receptionist says the doctor comes in around 1 usually...very unapologetic and with terrible people skills. If she is the first person you see and sets the tone for a business..she should be fired. The nurse is ok...see her before. She is thorough, but has no real bedside manner...typically the case with urgent cares who just burn through people to make money. I don't care if I have chopped my finger off and they are the closet place...I'll drive right on by before goin... read more
