They are professional, friendly, and fast! Their lobby is comfortable and accommodating during visits. They are on top of appointment reminders so we never miss an appointment. They are also one of the most affordable in Macomb County and one of the few places that let's you make monthly payments. I have one kid in and out of braces and will be coming back here for the others!
We love this place and are beyond happy with our experience here!
RecommendedBoth my daughters have had orthodonist care from Parkwood and the Dr., staff and waiting room are all excellent. My son is next and my choice is still Parkwood!
great practice - Dr Havens does a great job of listening to the patient and the staff provides excellent care. I have family members getting treated here now and hope to start with treatment myself in the next next year
