I can't believe is has already been over a year since our first appointment. The staff is very friendly. They get you in and out of appointments fast. The payment plan is very helpful. I love the convenient location and card/point system which is a great incentive for teenagers. I would recommend Dr. Havens to anyone.
We have had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Havens office. Everyone is so friendly and I can't believe how easy they have made this whole process. We would recommend anyone to Dr. Havens office and look forward to our other children having their ortho treatment here as Well! 5 star service all the way!!
I have been going to Dr. Havens at the Imlay City office for almost 2 years, I am pleased with my progress. I am almost ready for my 2nd procedure with a dental surgeon in Port Huron. I had a follow up with my surgeon a couple days ago & he was very impressed with the results obtained with Dr. Havens. Great � job Dr. Havens, and also thank you to all the ladies at the office who are always courteous & professional. If I had any issues though the course of the treatment, it was quickly resolved. I highly recommend Dr. Havens.
Very pleased with the staff at Havens...everyone was very nice and welcoming. Audrey did a great job making sure Connor was comfortable the whole time he was getting his braces on and she triple checked to make sure nothing was hurting before we left. It is nice that they work around school schedules and everything the way they do!
We were referred here by my sister. We are very happy we choose Dr. Havens. They are so good with my son (he is 9). Easy to schedule, never have to wait long. Answer all our questions. I would recommend Dr. Haven to everyone!
My son was so nervous about getting braces put on. The staff were all so caring, friendly, professional and gentle. They worked very fast and my son said there was only minor discomfort, no pain at all. We are very pleased.
Havens has helped me with my overbite with no problem, they are so nice and I have no complaints for them!!
