Jerry provided us with a very positive and personalized customer service experience. Other local companies rescheduled appointments or didn’t show up on time but not Jerry. There is something to be said about having the owner stand behind his name of the business. We look forward to working with Jerry in the future.
Great experience with Havens... had a new 5 ton Trane unit installed today. Jerry worked us into his busy schedule which we so appreciated and his work was impeccable and reasonably priced. Now I’ve got my guy for heating and cooling!
