Can’t say enough good things about RS Auto Werks. Came in thinking both my back breaks were shot and JD was super honest and straightforward about what I needed and saved me money in the process. I came in as a walk in and he had me out super quick as well. If you need work done on your car this is the place to go!

JD is a great mechanic! He took the time to inspect my car, explain the issue clearly and understandably, and helped me get everything taken care of quickly and fairly. As a woman, I really appreciated how comfortable and respected I felt throughout the whole process. JD was patient, straightforward, and professional, which made the experience stress-free. I left feeling confident in my car again and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable service.
Let me tell you something, if you consider going to any other mechanic, don't waste your time. This guy is THE guy. Phenomenal service, timely, punctual, professional, and super easy going. I've been through a few shops before this one, and I regret not finding JD at Havens Automotive sooner. For context, I had my motor mounts and upper control arms replaced. Easy as pie. Will be back for all my auto repair needs. 6/5 stars.
JD is awesome and cares for the well being his customers. Pricing is fair. Found him when he commented on my forum submission asking help since my mk7 gti had cyl1 misfire. I gave all the info of all that i have done to try and repair myself. Plugs, coils, and injectors changed. Compression test was OK.
