DONT MOVE IN , I live here and I have a lot to say about this place. Management at the office sucks, they treat you really bad. The front door woman doesn’t know what she’s doing and doesn’t let you talk she assume in a very bad attitude what you need without you finishing talking. They don’t fix any problems that you have. One of the apartment was flooded and they just move the people to another apartment and rented someone new in this one without fixing the problem. I recently moved here and overall I feel very comfortable in the community. The administrative staff was excellent, especially James. He made the entire process easy and pleasant, which is greatly appreciated considering how stressful moving can be. However, a few days ago I visited the main office and was assisted by a woman named Christina. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite the opposite — unfriendly and unprofessional. First and foremost I want to express that James was extremely compassionate and kind also knowledgeable with helping my son move in process. At first Bonnie seemed nice and professional. However, due to different color of skin she believed tenants that lie and made a report about my son little brother making a statement he never did from kids that lied to their parents. We love it here. So peaceful & beautiful. Communication has significantly gone down. I can't message or email anyone through their app & cannot seem to find which company now owns this community. I pay way too much to live here to have any issues whatsoever.
Update coming soon. My how things change🧐🤦♀️. Excellent community. Serene all day and throughout the night. Plenty of spaces to park. Units are very upscale and maintenance does their job. Last but not least the office staff is always pleasant.
