Excellent community. Serene all day and throughout the night. Plenty of spaces to park. Units are very upscale and maintenance does their job. Last but not least the office staff is always pleasant.
if i could leave 0 stars i would. my girlfriend is in the market for a new home , and what we experienced without even looking at a home was completely disappointing. she had an online appointment set for 2pm, and as we walked in, the lovely darker skinned gal with a tattoo on her right hand couldn’t even make out a word to say to us let alone a greeting. the eye roll couldn’t be more obvious as it seemed she was getting ready to go on break. so right off rip both my girlfriend & i were completely uncomfortable as it felt li... read more
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I just moved into Havens at Central Park and I couldn’t be happier! The place is gorgeous and everything feels so fresh and clean, but what really made the whole experience amazing was Vania, the property manager. She was so helpful, friendly, and on top of everything. The move-in process was super smooth and way faster than I expected. All thanks to her. You can tell she really cares and takes pride in what she does. If you’re thinking about moving here, do it and ask for Vania. She’s truly the best!
I recently moved into Havens, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mekhia. She was very kind and helpful during the entire moving process and made everything far less stressful. Mekhia was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely patient with all of my questions. She took the time to ensure everything was in order before I moved in.
I’ve been living here for a few months now and it has truly been a great experience. Megan, the property manager, is exceptionally personable and consistently goes above and beyond for residents—often responding on very short notice to resolve any concerns.
