Unprofessional. Made an appointment days before the actual date. Recived two confirmations of my appointment. On Saturday Oct 4th my appointment was at 11am. I drove an hour to the leasing office only to find it locked. I called the phone number listed multiple times. Straight to voicemail. Which was full by the way. On our first visit, we toured a staged model, and when we returned a few days later to view an empty unit, we had the pleasure of meeting James. Excellent community. Serene all day and throughout the night. Plenty of spaces to park. Units are very upscale and maintenance does their job. Last but not least the office staff is always pleasant.
if i could leave 0 stars i would. my girlfriend is in the market for a new home , and what we experienced without even looking at a home was completely disappointing. she had an online appointment set for 2pm, and as we walked in, the lovely darker skinned gal with a tattoo on her right hand couldn’t even make out a word to say to us let alone a greeting. the eye roll couldn’t be more obvious as it seemed she was getting ready to go on break. so right off rip both my girlfriend & i were completely uncomfortable as it felt li... read more
