Keith helped me with a family custody matter in 2014-2015. I don't think I appreciated how great he was until I just had to deal with another family lawyer in another state who was absolutely the complete opposite of Keith. Keith was very communicative and let us know everything that would happen and what was going on. This other lawyer left us in the dark constantly and it made me realize how much I appreciated that Keith had done that. Office was very messy, dirty, and dingy. Had a good initial consultation. Was very informative and friendly. Then, over billed me several times. Never once called or emailed me. Was rude on the phone when I called him. Overpriced in my experience. Ended up letting him keep my deposit and used a different attorney. Would not recommend.
Keith is great...Knowledgeable and kind...Very professional and knows his stuff....highly recommend him!
Some of what you read is true about Mr. Havens as not worth the fee he charges for what he does. Can't say my family will use his services again.
