I’ve lived here since May 2024 and really like this complex. There is new management and they are prompt to return emails and calls. They are making renovations like the parking, the gym, the carpeting in the hallways and many other things.LOVING THE GYM!! The leasing office will work with you if there are any unforeseen circumstances. Maintenance is very efficient and helpful. When I was locked out, they were able to assist me quickly. I’m currently a resident at the Edgewood apartments in Woodridge Illinois. This year I submitted a payment to haven Woodridge on January 31st for a total of $722.95 dollars for the month of Februarys rent. On February 24th I dropped off two money orders that totaled $700 one money order was for $300 and another was for $400. On March 1st I noticed that the balance on my rental portal was showing as unpaid still after I’ve submitted a payment to the apartment complex twice. the first management company responded in a prompt manner and handled all concerns! they have changed management and everything is worse! Number 1 Ups deliver to the leasing office locker, i recently had a package delivered to the locker that i need for this weekend, but i am unable to get into the locker because residents were not provided a key fob, how did they receive a key fob before us? and at that it’s a note on the door saying the leasing office is unavailable, AND 2nd LEASING OFFICE DONT CLOSE UNTIL 530. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in management we have been having an issue and gotten no call back or reply. This new management has done a poor job of answering their tenants just horrible experience I don’t not recommend living here unless you want to wait weeks before simple things can be done

I moved in Haven apartments 9 months ago because we were given such a hard time with the move in process we had to take a as is apartment because I lease was expiring at the current address and we had to leave our apartment at Haven never got move in ready the radiator cover were broken down the bathtub had been painted and when we complained about the tub they sent someone in to repaint the tub because we were told they don't replace tubs the radiator cover were not replaced because we were told that they were not a danger ... read more
