Run the other way as fast as you can. We have been here for 4 years now and only renewed because we had no choice. This place used to be so nice when it was Haven apartments. It was reasonably priced, well ran, and communication was amazing. When Edgewood took over a few years ago, rent went up HUNDREDS of dollars every year at renewal. Recently moved in a couple weeks ago and gotta say the work management and maintenance does is all around outstanding. Hakim from the beginning has been very communicative and considerate in ensuring the people moving in are happy in their new place to call home. Maintenance guys Terrell & Jose are clearly hard working in keeping everything in order as they are seen in varies spots around the complex doing different tasks throughout the day. Hakim, Josue and terrel did a great job with replacing my gfs fridge. They good people's. Maintenance get the job done quick!
i been here for about 3 years. management has gotten a lot better. i’m leaving this review because our pool hasn’t been open for 2 seasons and we don’t get compensated in any way. we are paying for amenities but not able to use them. summer is about to be over once again no pool.
So not rent from this place the manager Brent is very rude and disrespectful it takes maintenance weeks to fix problems and the company is a mess run away as fast as you can
