This is my second review of this apartment complex. The first time, I was asked to remove my review. This time, however, this review will stay because my experience has not improved, and I feel future residents deserve to know what they may be walking into. Where should I start. My best friend use to live at this property. She was there for about a year before moving out a couple of months ago. I visited her often and talked to her about what goes on there. There’s a manager there now who doesn’t give a crap about the property. She doesn’t know what goes on because she doesn’t walk the property. Tenants have gates around their balcony using it so their pets won’t get out. Ive been a tenant here for years; 2 different buildings. There were always issues in both buildings, most of the things are being said throughout this thread. I cant give 5 stars to this complex but Tarill the maintenance guy is very respectful and always tries his best to resolve all of my maintenance issues and in a timely manner.
This building and tow company are in on a money grab . I’m a resident and my vehicle was towed. They say register your vehicle with a QR code which was never provided. Now I have to pay close to 300 dollars to get my car back and I live here .
New lady Gabriela in the office is very rude and had me on hold for about 45 minutes.
