There is a lot of custom work in every installation of LV infrastructure. It is not as cut and dried as wiring a home for AC power. At every point in the process Haven and Wire impressed me with their care and methods and ability to do a clean and professional looking setup without cutting corners. He was always quick to respond and extremely honest in his feedback about products, etc. He is very knowledgable and has a wide range of experience in audio, video, and security. I highly recommend him for any project you are considering!
Tried several companies with much luck, didn’t return calls or if they did they never followed up! When I contacted Hsven, Lisa responded in a courteous manner immediately and scheduled a consultation, Fernando came to the house, reviewed my old system and provided a quote immediately. Lisa then scheduled an install date and the work was completed right on schedule. It’s really a pleasure to do business with such a professional company!
