Tried several companies with much luck, didn’t return calls or if they did they never followed up! When I contacted Hsven, Lisa responded in a courteous manner immediately and scheduled a consultation, Fernando came to the house, reviewed my old system and provided a quote immediately. I met Fernando and Lisa of Haven & Wire at a remodeling industry networking event. They were really nice and shared information right away. Fernando and his team installed a mantle mounted bracket that lowers the TV down in front of my fireplace and ceiling speakers in my living room for surround sound. Based on my experience they will be my go to to refer to my clients.
Added outdoor speakers to our system. The sound is great. Fernando tweaked the programming to simplify the controls, and we love it.
