He was always quick to respond and extremely honest in his feedback about products, etc. He is very knowledgable and has a wide range of experience in audio, video, and security. Tried several companies with much luck, didn’t return calls or if they did they never followed up! When I contacted Hsven, Lisa responded in a courteous manner immediately and scheduled a consultation, Fernando came to the house, reviewed my old system and provided a quote immediately. I met Fernando and Lisa of Haven & Wire at a remodeling industry networking event. They were really nice and shared information right away. Fernando and his team installed a mantle mounted bracket that lowers the TV down in front of my fireplace and ceiling speakers in my living room for surround sound.
