I had several scans here during my pregnancy and always felt very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and I felt confident in their knowledge and care. Thank you for making the experience so reassuring!
I've attended Haven twice (the Wesley service) and had negative experiences both times. The first was for a hycosy - the sonographer was wonderful, warm and compassionate, however the Professor completing the procedure was very rude and patronising to the sonographer during the procedure and made the whole process incredibly uncomfortable for me. Amazing service! My pregnancy was closely monitored due to severe IUGR and Dr. Scott Peterson and the team of sonographers at Haven Wesley were very informative and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. They helped to make a stressful situation much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially for pregnancies with complexities!
I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Haven Ultrasound for a HyCoSy procedure, something I had been putting off for months due to a past experience that caused me to feel anxious. Beautiful little place, up to date technology, professional and friendly atmosphere. I had Shirley as my sonographer and she was absolutely splendid. Caring, detailed every photo we couldnt understand, gentle, soft spoken and accomodating. Thank you Haven for providing such skilled workers like Shirley. She is one of a kind.
