My husband and I had a wonderful experience here recently with our sonographer Emma. She made me feel at ease and excited for my scan plus was thorough and efficient in the process!
I received gold standard care and service from Haven Ultrasound during my appointment in January. I had a routine pelvic scan and hycosy done. Stephanie was my sonographer and she really took the time to explain the procedure in detail to put me at ease. She checked in on me every step of the way and really made what could have been an uncomfortable process an assuring one for me. I would highly recommend Haven Ultrasound Wesley.

Staff are friendly and polite. But my husband and I are upset that we were offered to include extra screening in our NIPT when there was no indication for it. We were not adequately educated on its high false positive rates and low accuracy. We were also not informed that this test is not part of a standard NIPT. The midwife informed us there's no extra charge to include this test and it doesn't take any longer to get the results back, so we unfortunately decided to add it to our NIPT. Haven is amazing. My not so cooperative baby was very comfortable and not making it easy for the very patient lady doing our scan. Our appt went for over an hour and I didn't feel rushed at all. Everyone is so lovely. Highly recommended
