A very positive experience - the reception staff were friendly and helpful and the sonographer and midwife were caring and took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely return for future scans.
The entire experience with the team at Haven (Wesley) was incredible. From the beginning with the kind receptionist finding me a last minute appointment, to the Dr and sonographers on the day conducting my scan. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and supported. Especially grateful for Lauren for explaining the process in thorough detail, but mostly for being so kind and warm. Definitely recommend the Haven group!
My partner and I attended for our 13 week scan and NIPT test. Natasha the sonographer was so warm during the process even when bub didn’t want to show us anything but a bum! Midwife Lauren showed an amazing amount of empathy checking in on my current experience and gentle with her blood collection when expressing previous negative experiences.
