Chantel was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to really listen to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Her approach is both professional and deeply compassionate. I felt truly cared for, not just treated. The massage itself was fantastic, and I appreciated the thoughtful follow-up she provided afterward. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Chantel to anyone looking for a nurturing, therapeutic experience.
Chantel was lovely - open, friendly and inviting. She was very attentive to my treatment needs and was very responsive to what was working and what wasn’t during the massage. Overall it was a great experience - she really put effort, from music to aftercare snacks, into making me feel as comfortable as possible before during and after. Also, the extra wide table she has, as a big person, made me feel secure and allowed me to relax better than usual in other RMT spaces.
An absolutely wonderful experience. Chantel is professional, skilled and warm. As an autistic queer woman with a trauma history, new people, places and experiences are always a source of anxiety but Chantel explained exactly what was going to happen in advance so I knew what to expect.
