I booked my appointment with Hugo and overall, I was really satisfied with my experience at Haven Salon. The staff were all super sweet and welcoming. The only small thing for me was that I had booked my services with a specific stylist online, but due to how busy it was that day, someone else did my blow dry instead. We were actually running a bit ahead of schedule, so maybe there was an overlap and Hugo had to take another client — totally understandable! I’ve never had such a thorough, skilled haircut before at such a reasonable price. I was immediately greeted when entering the salon. Sharon was fantastic with such a warm, calm presence. I felt like all of my preferences and wishes were not only taken into account, but also elaborated on. I’ve never had someone care so much about my hair before! While sitting in the chair I was already thinking about when I should come back. Thanks so much :)
