Kyle is great. He has a degree in construction management and worked as a foreman on new builds for years before becoming a real estate agent. We asked Kyle to help us sell our first home. He suggested some repairs and improvements that would make our home an attractive property to potential buyers. Kyle knew the market and how to competitively price our home, and marketed our listing on many real estate and social media platforms. After approximately one week, we received a full price offer! We would definitely recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hard-working realtor.
I found Kyle through his YouTube videos (which are excellent) about life in Manhattan, KS, the real estate picture there, and everything in between. I knew I wanted to work with the best, and he exceeded my expectations. A true professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a huge help on helping us land our home at a GREAT price with positive equity.
